Personal:

I have been married for 17 years;  have two awesome kids (10, 12); Graduated at the U of U with BS and MBA; working full-time as Int'l Finance Mgr for USANA.  I just started to run 6-7 years ago, very liking it.  I'm not a fast runner, but would like to improve it every year.   Currently, I have an opportunity to run and train the good group of runners and a dedicated Coach.

Today's workout is to survive the long run with Runamoks - Craig, Andrea, Alicia, Walter, Traci H, Tracy C, Coach Bill, Esther, Natalie, Renae, Christina, Katherine, and me.  Our course is to run from the Capitol to Hoggle Zoo, ~15 miles.  Jason is probably the luckiest guy because he didn't have to run, he sags.   This run is supposed to be "an easy" run, but I didn't feel like it.  It was like a tempo run.  I have to admit that I was tired from the start, but managed to finish it with the group.  I actually ran at a very good pace on the way back to the Capitol.  I guess that I just wanted to finish it.

No resting at all....at 2 pm - I went Mt Biking with friends.  We started at the U, through the Bonneville Shoreline, then somehow we ended around the Millcreek canyon...~14 miles.  Yes...I was exhausted on some climbs.  Going down the hill was worsen especially when you felt.  My left injured knee now hurt even more than normal.  Coach Bill will probably yell at me when he sees me Wednesday...:)

I have been training for the Spudman, Triathlon.  I have been swimming & biking & plus doing all of the normal runs.  Yes I am very exhausted.  I can do this!!!
